My most requested recipe
My most requested recipe is my Black Bean Protein Brownies
And it seems fitting that it should be one of the first things that I bake in the new house!
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans (rinsed)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flour (can substitute for gf flour)
- 1 cup sugar (I like to substitute half of this with monkfruit)
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Put all Ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a buttered and floured pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350* for 25-35mins. Let cool.
Slice, and ENJOY
