My most requested recipe

My most requested recipe is my Black Bean Protein Brownies ðŸ¤¤ And it seems fitting that it should be one of the first things that I bake in the new house!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup flour (can substitute for gf flour)
  • 1 cup sugar (I like to substitute half of this with monkfruit)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Put all Ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a buttered and floured pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350* for 25-35mins. Let cool.
Slice, and ENJOY ðŸ¤¤
